1. Grill halloumi: Slice 8 oz halloumi into ½‑inch slabs. Brush with olive oil. Grill or griddle over medium‑high 1‑2 min per side until golden.

2. Toast buns: Brush slider buns with oil; grill cut sides 30 sec.

3. Build sliders: Spread 1 tsp pesto on each bun bottom, add grilled halloumi, tomato slice, basil leaf, drizzle tiny bit balsamic glaze, sprinkle salt & pepper, cap.
