1. Macerate strawberries with sugar and orange zest for 15 minutes until juicy.2. In a punch bowl, add the macerated berries with their syrup, rosé, and Aperol. Stir and chill.3. Right before serving, add a large ice block (or big cubes) and the soda water; gently stir.4. Ladle into wine glasses and top each pour with a splash of well‑chilled prosecco. Garnish with a strawberry slice or orange wheel.
