BLT Caesar with Sourdough Croutons

Directions

1. Bake croutons: Toss sourdough cubes with olive oil, pinch salt & pepper; spread on sheet pan, bake at 375 °F 12 min until crisp.

2. Cook bacon: In skillet render bacon until crisp; drain on towel, chop.

3. Toss salad: In large bowl combine romaine, tomatoes, bacon, croutons, Parmesan. Add Caesar dressing and toss to coat evenly.

4. Serve immediately while croutons stay crunchy.
