1. Heat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Toss green beans on a sheet pan with 1 tbsp oil, garlic, and a pinch of salt/pepper; spread in an even layer.
3. Pat salmon dry, rub with remaining oil and lemon juice, season lightly with salt/pepper, then coat tops with everything bagel seasoning (press to adhere).
4. Nestle salmon among beans. Roast 10–12 minutes, until salmon flakes and beans are tender-crisp.
5. Squeeze lemon over everything and garnish with dill or chives.
