1. Heat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. On a sheet pan, toss broccoli with olive oil and a pinch of salt; spread out. In a bowl mix melted butter, honey, lemon zest/juice, black pepper, garlic powder and salt.
3. Add chicken and toss to coat, then arrange pieces among the broccoli, spooning extra sauce over the chicken. Roast 18–24 minutes until chicken is cooked through (170°F) and broccoli edges are caramelized.
4. Stir everything on the pan so broccoli gets glossed in the lemon-pepper butter.
5. Taste and hit with extra lemon if you like.
