Directions

1. Toss chickpeas with olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Roast at 400 °F 25 minutes until crispy.

2. Blend avocado, sour cream, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.

3. Warm tortillas, add cabbage and crispy chickpeas, drizzle avocado crema, serve immediately.
