1. Add chicken, salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, broth, and lime juice to the slow cooker.
2. Cook on LOW 4–5 hours or HIGH 2–3 until the chicken shreds easily.
3. Stir in the cilantro, taste, and adjust lime/salt.
4. Pile into warm tortillas with avocado, quick slaw, and pico. Great for meal prep bowls, too.
