1. Add sweet potatoes, onion, bell pepper, garlic, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, cinnamon, tomatoes, and broth to the slow cooker. Stir well.
2. Cook on LOW 6–7 hours (or HIGH 3–4) until the sweet potatoes are tender.
3. Stir in black beans and warm for 10–15 minutes. Season to taste.
4. Serve with avocado, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime. Great for meal prep and freezes beautifully.
