1. Add onion, garlic, crushed tomatoes, broth, dried basil, and oregano to the slow cooker.
2. Cook on LOW 4 hours (or HIGH 2). Stir in cream.
3. Add tortellini, cover, and cook on HIGH 20–25 minutes until pasta is tender.
